However, if you are unsatisfied with your AppWeigh sensor(s) for any reason within 90 days of your original purchase date, SKT Technologies, LLC will accept its return and provide a complete refund of the original purchase price (any shipping costs not included). Before returning the product, please obtain a Return Materials Authorization number by calling or emailing AppWeigh Customer Service. This Guarantee only applies to the original purchaser with the original proof of purchase, and is non-transferable. Shipping costs for returns must be prepaid by the customer. This Guarantee applies only to undamaged product, and is void if product is abused, misused, or modified in any way (as determined by SKT Technologies, LLC).
